Co-funded by the UN Women&#8217;s Peace &amp; Humanitarian Fund.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-greenshift-blocks-image gspb_image gspb_image-id-gsbp-c7b43f5\" id=\"gspb_image-id-gsbp-c7b43f5\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aftertomorrow.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/p01-02.webp\" data-src=\"\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1000\" height=\"631\"\/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Progresiya I was the founding cohort of AfterTomorrow&#8217;s signature women&#8217;s empowerment programme \u2014 designed and delivered at the height of the Russian invasion, when Ukrainian women faced simultaneous career disruption, displacement, and psychological crisis. The 5-in-1 ecosystem ran in full: structured education, senior mentoring, ICF-certified coaching, embedded psychological support, and peer community. This simultaneous architecture \u2014 not a sequence of modules \u2014 is what distinguishes Progresiya from standard training or mentoring programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100 women were selected from 665 applicants, representing business (33%), civil society (34%), and government (33%).
