Pulse — Annual Survey on Ukrainian Women’s Professional Development

A nationally representative longitudinal study tracking the professional development needs, well-being, and leadership readiness of Ukrainian women through the years of full-scale war. 4,000 respondents per wave, all regions of Ukraine, conducted with Gradus Research. The 2025 Special Edition focused on rural women — one of the least-researched populations in the crisis.

2025 key finding: 47% reported increased stress, 39% experienced emotional burnout — and simultaneously 60% successfully balanced work and personal responsibilities (up 10% year-on-year), and 84% recognised their potential to address workforce shortages in non-traditional sectors.
