How we work

Three pillars. One ecosystem.

Our work is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and agency-centred practice.
Method matters as much as outcome.
Gender Equity & Social Inclusion
We restore women’s leadership capacity by building gender-equality infrastructure.
Ukraine does not lack women leaders. It lacks systems that give them the power to decide.
Youth Empowerment & Displacement Response
We make invisible talent visible — building systems that enable independence, integration, and leadership for care-experienced youth.
Narrative Change Through Art & Digital Campaigns
Facts inform. Art reaches where argument doesn’t. We shift what people stand for — and what they are willing to protect.

Our Toolkit

This is how we work — across all three pillars.
DATA
We make the invisible count
Our research gives governments and corporations a language they cannot ignore: facts. Riven of corporate inclusion in Ukraine, Pulse of Women’s Well-being in Ukraine and our Sexism Dataset turn inclusion from a declaration into a measurable demand.
EDUCATION
We restore agency and ambition
Through our 5-in-1 leadership empowerment approach, we restore the ability to decide, to lead, and to be counted. Leadership requires psychological resilience. We build both.
CULTURE
We shift what people believe is possible
Artivism turns complex ideas into stories that redefine what people see as normal.
Reports are read by dozens. Campaigns reach millions. Creativity is how influence travels.
CARE
We turn trauma into growth
Trauma-informed practice is our baseline.
We recognize capacity, not deficit.
We design for agency — shifting control to participants.
We work across intersecting realities of gender, age, care experience, and displacement.
We turn past experience into a foundation for growth.

WHY AFTERTOMORROW

WHY AFTERTOMORROW

We design systems and embed them into organisations — so they hold in practice and shape how decisions are made.
Our method is the fusion of three forces:

DATA

Data as Power

Opinions are everywhere. Data is the only language governments and corporations truly speak. We turn inclusion from a good idea into a measurable demand — and every claim we make is backed by evidence.
#Riven (with MZ Hub): 4 research waves · 7,500+ respondents · published in Forbes Ukraine
#Pulse of Women’s Well-being in Ukraine (with Gradus Research): Ukraine’s first women’s wellbeing index
#Sexism Dataset: 500+ documented cases forming the basis for systemic policy change

CREATIVITY

Creativity as the Delivery Engine of Meaning

Reports are read by dozens. Our campaigns reach millions. Creativity is how we bring difficult conversations into public space — and keep them there.
#NoMoreGringe: 32M+ TikTok views of 3 waves of campaign
#Mindcraft: teenage mental health through dialogue and co-creation, not lectures
#nomoregringe.powerbank: gamified immersion into inclusive mindset and tolerant behavior
#Artivism: visual storytelling that replaces PowerPoint

HUMANITY

Humanity as the Operating Principle

We work with specific people in specific circumstances — not with demographic categories. Our programmes don’t speak for participants. They create conditions in which participants speak directly to those who decide.
#Progresiya, #Fe_munity & #Sisters’ Circle: lasting support communities, not one-off training
#Teen Research: we start with their questions, not our agenda
Talantarii: a structured bridge between institutional care and independent life — for adolescents aged 13–18 who will be handed adulthood before they’ve had the chance to choose it.
Together, these are not programmes. They are the infrastructure for a Ukraine where talent — not origin, trauma, or displacement — determines what is possible.

Our Research & Evidence

Our Research & Evidence

Riven

Annual Inclusivity Study of Ukrainian Business
Conducted since 2021 in partnership with research agencies (Factum Group, MZ Hub). Measures overall inclusivity index, DEI policy implementation, tolerance levels, sense of belonging, gender and generational differences in workplace experience.

Pulse

Survey on Ukrainian Women’s Professional Development Needs
4000 women from all regions of Ukraine, in partnership with Gradus Research. Explored what support women need one and two years into the full-scale invasion: self-confidence, courage, knowledge, professional networks, and psychological recovery.

#nomoregringe

Adolescent Gender Bias Survey
Three-wave longitudinal study tracking gender bias awareness, discrimination experiences, and behaviour change among Ukrainian teenagers aged 13–19. Conducted across all 24 regions of Ukraine, with 175–178 respondents per wave. The 2023 wave additionally measured the effectiveness of the nomoregringe.powerbank Telegram chatbot as an educational tool.

Sisters’ Circle

Survey of Displaced Ukrainian Women’s Needs
Identified priority support needs — findings discovered in 2022 grounded the design of the Sisters’ Circle mentorship program.

OUR PROMISE

To those the system overlooked: we see you. We work for you — and with you.
To society: inclusion is not a privilege. It is the foundation on which everything that lasts is built.
To the future, we do not wait. We design it — through decisions made right now, with evidence, with courage, and with care.
AfterTomorrow is not just a name. It is what we are building — every day, with every programme, with every person who was told their moment had not yet come.
