Who we are
Who we are
AfterTomorrow is a Ukrainian think-and-do tank.
We work in the blind spots — with people the system overlooked, yet who have the most to contribute.
Since 2015, we have proven one thing: vulnerability is not a verdict. It is a starting point for leadership. We design, test, and scale solutions that restore people’s right to their own power and future.
We combine analytical precision with deep empathy. We quote data and poetry in the same breath — because numbers protect human dignity, and art is the shortest path to understanding.

Our contribution to Ukraine’s recovery is rooted in the full power of human potential.
Mission
Opinions are everywhere. Data is the only language governments and corporations truly speak. We turn inclusion from a good idea into a measurable demand — and every claim we make is backed by evidence.
Vision
A Ukraine where talent and ambition outweigh origin or circumstance — where displacement does not erase contribution, women lead reconstruction with authority, and children from institutional care are recognised as professionals, artists, and changemakers.
Who we Serve
Women and girls
with leadership capacity who are excluded from decision-making at the organisational and policy level.
Care-experienced youth
whose talent goes undetected because the system around them was built for survival, not development.
Businesses & Academia
ready to build inclusive models that hold under pressure — not just in stable conditions.

Young people navigating war and displacement —
building futures under conditions that most institutional frameworks were not designed for.
