Since 2015, we have proven one thing: vulnerability is not a verdict. It is a starting point for leadership. We design, test, and scale solutions that restore people’s right to their own power and future.

We combine analytical precision with deep empathy. We quote data and poetry in the same breath — because numbers protect human dignity, and art is the shortest path to understanding.
Founded by Iryna Rubis, a leading national expert with 13+ years of experience in GESI strategy, organisational transformation, innovation and disruption management, and evidence-based programming.
