WE SEE POTENTIAL WHERE SYSTEMS SEE ONLY VULNERABILITY

Why we exist

We exist to shift who gets to decide.
Not eventually — by design. Agency requires infrastructure. That’s what we build.

— Iryna Rubis, Chair of the Board of AfterTomorrow

The power Ukraine needs is already here, hidden in plain sight: in women, youth, and care-experienced young people. We exist to ensure that vulnerability becomes a starting point — not a destiny. That talent, not origin, determines opportunity.

Measurable Change

A decade of evidence-based work — in numbers that matter

млн.

people across three generations

National and digital awareness campaigns, including Ukraine’s first influencer marketing TikTok campaign on gender bias elimination — one of the country’s most widely viewed campaigns.

тис.+

youth supported with plans to empower 5K+ more

Through education, psychosocial chatbots, and specialised programs responding to the challenges of war and displacement (i.e. Mindcraft, NoMoreGringe.Powerbank, Talantarii)

450

female change makers empowered

Progresiya, Fe_munity and Sisters’ circle graduates who lead where they were once excluded — launching NGOs, securing grants, and training hundreds more in their communities.

тис.+

employees educationally enriched

Teams at 30+ corporations and institutions where inclusion has become an organizational standard rather than just a policy on paper.

These numbers represent a structural gap between who Ukraine has and who gets to shape its future.
The risk is not in the scale of recovery, but in who gets to take part in it.

Recovery that excludes is not recovery.
It is the reconstruction of inequality.

Three pillars. One ecosystem.

Our work is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and agency-centred practice.
Method matters as much as outcome.

Gender Equity & Social Inclusion

We restore women’s leadership capacity by building gender-equality infrastructure.
Ukraine does not lack women leaders. It lacks systems that give them the power to decide.

Youth Empowerment & Displacement Response

We make invisible talent visible — building systems that enable independence, integration, and leadership for care-experienced youth.

Narrative Change Through Art & Digital Campaigns

Facts inform. Art reaches where argument doesn’t. We shift what people stand for — and what they are willing to protect.

Our Toolkit

This is how we work — across all three pillars.

DATA

We make the invisible count

Our research gives governments and corporations a language they cannot ignore: facts. Riven of corporate inclusion in Ukraine, Pulse of Women’s Well-being in Ukraine and our Sexism Dataset turn inclusion from a declaration into a measurable demand.

EDUCATION

We restore agency and ambition

Through our 5-in-1 leadership empowerment approach, we restore the ability to decide, to lead, and to be counted. Leadership requires psychological resilience. We build both.

CULTURE

We turn trauma into growth

Artivism turns complex ideas into stories that redefine what people see as normal.
Reports are read by dozens. Campaigns reach millions. Creativity is how influence travels.

CARE

We turn trauma into growth

Trauma-informed practice is our baseline.
We recognize capacity, not deficit.
We design for agency — shifting control to participants.
We work across intersecting realities of gender, age, care experience, and displacement.
We turn past experience into a foundation for growth.

Together, these tools create lasting change in Ukraine — a future where talent is stronger than circumstance.
