Fe_munity — Women’s Economic Empowerment Programme

A national women’s economic empowerment programme co-created with Ferrexpo across two editions. 124 participants in 2022, selected from 420 applicants, received TriMetrix® EQ audits, 56+ hours of expert sessions, and mentoring from 64 senior executives. Winner of Ukraine’s DE&I Excellence Award (HR Pro Association).

Fe_munity ran in 2021 and 2022 in partnership with Ferrexpo — the world’s third-largest iron ore pellet exporter. The 2022 edition combined 70 Ferrexpo female employees with 50 community leaders from across Ukraine in a ‘2-in-1’ wartime format.
