The Centre for Inclusive Leadership & DEI Education is AfterTomorrow’s flagship educational initiative and one of Ukraine’s leading platforms for advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) across businesses, educational institutions and the public sector.

The Centre equips organisations with practical knowledge, evidence-based methodologies and implementation tools to build inclusive leadership, psychologically safe workplaces and equitable organisational cultures.

Our programmes combine international standards with practical implementation. They integrate proprietary national research, organisational diagnostics and the DEI StartUp Framework, developed in alignment with ISO 30415:2021 Human Resource Management – Diversity and Inclusion. Beyond corporate learning, the Centre develops the next generation of DEI professionals, leaders, educators and consultants capable of driving organisational change.
