Progresiya II: Community Cohort for Wives of Fallen Soldiers

When a woman’s partner is killed in combat, standard support stops at condolences. Progresiya III reached 1,200 wives of fallen Ukrainian soldiers with the 5-in-1 ecosystem — restructured around stabilisation and rebuilding rather than leadership acceleration. The same methodology. A different starting point. Validated results.

This dedicated cohort adapted the Progresiya ecosystem to a different entry point — not the disruption of ambition, but the reconstruction of self after combat loss. The psychosocial support pillar anchored the programme; education provided forward motion; community ensured no one moved through grief in isolation.

The cohort reached 200 women, scaling the methodology beyond a selective format into a community-level intervention. The results validated the architecture’s adaptability.
