Progresiya III: 5-in-1 Women’s Empowerment Ecosystem, Second Cohort

150 Ukrainian women leaders. Six months. Five simultaneous pillars — education, mentoring, coaching, psychosocial support, and community. 100% reported significant growth; 94% confirmed enhanced leadership capacity. Progresiya’s 5-in-1 methodology, validated across two cohorts, delivers outcomes standard training programmes cannot replicate.

The second full cohort ran in the third year of full-scale war — a moment of compounded fatigue, when the psychological cost of sustained crisis had reached a new depth. The 5-in-1 ecosystem was fully deployed: 30+ educational sessions, 10 individual sessions per participant across all four one-on-one formats, and 100 TriMetrix® EQ personal audits delivering bespoke behavioural and emotional intelligence reports. The architecture held under pressure, and the numbers confirmed it.

A social media campaign running in parallel brought the work into public view: 19 voices with substantial audiences, 22 dedicated videos, 3.4 million viewers — not promoting the programme, but showing the women it produced.
