Riven (Level) — Annual Inclusivity Index of Ukrainian Business

Ukraine’s only longitudinal workplace inclusivity benchmark — four consecutive annual waves since 2021. Measures the national inclusivity index, DEI policy implementation, tolerance, belonging, and gender differences in workplace experience. Used by HR professionals, donors, and policymakers as the primary evidence base for DEI decisions in Ukraine.

Conducted in partnership with Factum Group and MZ Hub. The 2025 wave — the fourth — revealed a national paradox: the inclusivity index stagnated at 64.1 while 52% of employees reported sensing a shift toward greater tolerance. Only 12–14% of companies maintained active diversity programmes; 90% of workers showed signs of quiet quitting; 12% reported genuine belonging.
